Double
- Co, blocking to Sky

- Swing arm around and up to side block

Single Whip
- Co, grab wrist with inside hand

Grinding Body

Weaving
- #2 through back of head
- Fan through, back of head

- Grab, striking step palm up

Lifting
Version 1:
- Co-step, twist, lift with inside hand

- Press up with pisiform bone

Version 2:
- Same as version 1, but three step-through, press up
Version 3:
- Similar to 1, step through, press up twice
- Skip cover, instead step through spear hand

- Same as 2, but using an Xing Yi step
Deep Twisting

- Deep open coat to opposite side
- Lift arm first (protect head)
- 450 degree turn
